Important Tuition Information
We're so excited by the incredible interest in our Fall 2026 program! As we've answered questions from many families, we've noticed a few common questions about tuition so we'd like to provide a quick clarification. Busy Bees is the new after school program provider at P.S. 303Q, and our tuition structure is different from the previous program.
All class tuition prices listed on our website are the total cost for the entire Fall semester (September 14, 2026 - January 29, 2027). The tuition is not charged monthly.
Families create their own schedule by selecting one class for each day they wish their child to attend. Your total tuition is the combined cost of the classes you choose. As an example, if your child were enrolled in the following schedule:

The total tuition for this schedule would be $2,370 for the entire Fall semester, NOT monthly.
Extended Care (4:00pm - 6:00pm)
Extended Care is a one-time fee for the entire semester as follows:
1 day per week: $295 per semester
2 days per week: $590 per semester
3 days per week: $885 per semester
4 days per week: $1,180 per semester
5 days per week: $1,475 per semester
Please note: Extended Care is available only for students enrolled in an after school enrichment class from 2:15pm - 4:00pm. Families may not enroll in Extended Care as a standalone program.
If you choose to add Extended Care to the sample schedule above, the cost would be an additional $295 per day of the week:

If you are enrolling more than one child, a 10% sibling discount is automatically applied to the combined tuition when siblings are registered in the same transaction.\
Monthly Payment Plan
For families who prefer to spread out their tuition payments, Busy Bees offers a monthly payment plan. There are no additional fees or interest - it's simply a flexible payment option that we offer to help families. If you would like to enroll in a monthly payment plan, please email us at info@bb303q.org no later than July 15th so we can set up your account prior to registration.
